zrs28 ua F18 + 54 up-L is a tooth morphology library for exocad DentalCAD that links the F18 upper anatomy with the 54 variant on the left side. Inside the DentalCAD wizard the file is chosen as the source tooth shape, after which exocad adapts the surface to the prepared margin and antagonist.

The morphology offers a stable occlusal layout that minimises manual rework on the cusps and marginal ridges. It can be downloaded and added to a designer's reference tooth catalogue. The set is intended for technicians who prefer working from a defined morphological baseline instead of the default exocad teeth. It is suitable for monolithic zirconia, lithium disilicate and PMMA temporaries alike.
