VITA VITA Physiodents-Z2S

VITA Physiodents-Z2S is a tooth anatomy library for exocad DentalCAD that introduces the Z2S mould of the VITA Physiodens line into digital design. Once selected as the tooth database in the exocad workflow, it supplies the morphological base from which crowns, bridges and full-anatomy restorations are generated.

The Z2S shapes share the small overall proportions of the Z-series but show somewhat stronger cusp tips and clearer marginal ridges than Z1S, giving a livelier occlusal surface. Approximal contours and cervical transitions follow the natural Physiodens reference, so units sit harmoniously next to neighbouring teeth.

The library can be downloaded and used together with other Physiodens moulds when fine-tuning the match to the patient's existing dentition. It suits technicians who want compact dimensions combined with a slightly more expressive functional relief.
