VITA VITA Physiodents-Z1S

VITA Physiodents-Z1S is a tooth anatomy library for exocad DentalCAD that brings the small Z1S mould of the VITA Physiodens range into the CAD environment. In the exocad workflow it is loaded as the tooth database for crowns, bridges and full-anatomy restorations, giving the operator a consistent morphological reference.

The Z1S shapes have reduced overall proportions, lower cusps and a calm occlusal relief that integrates easily into narrow arches. Marginal ridges, fossae and approximal contours follow the natural Physiodens scheme, which keeps adjacent units harmonious.

The library can be downloaded and combined with larger Physiodens moulds when matching the existing dentition. It suits technicians who work on smaller anatomies, female cases or situations where a softer, less aggressive morphology is preferred.
