Other Intrepid

Intrepid is a tooth anatomy library for exocad DentalCAD that gives the CAD designer a complete set of tooth shapes to start from. During the design step the chosen Intrepid tooth is placed into the case and then morphed to the prep, gap and occlusion, which significantly speeds up routine crown and bridge work.

The morphology is detailed enough for monolithic zirconia and lithium disilicate restorations, where the milled surface should already carry pronounced cusps, ridges and fissures. It is equally suitable for screw- or cement-retained implant crowns when used together with a separate implant library.

Technicians looking for a distinctive, expressive anatomical style will find Intrepid a useful alternative to the default exocad teeth. The library can be downloaded and added to exocad DentalCAD.
