Other Hereus
Hereus is a tooth anatomy library for exocad DentalCAD that adds a complete morphological set to the program. In a typical CAD job the technician chooses a Hereus tooth as the initial shape on the preparation, then morphs and adjusts it to respect occlusion, contact points and aesthetic requirements.
The library is appropriate for monolithic full-anatomy restorations, single crowns and bridges. Surface anatomy keeps cusp slopes and fissures sufficiently expressed to read well after milling or 3D printing, while remaining easy to polish. Hereus is useful for technicians who want to broaden their anatomy pool with a distinctive style next to the default DentalCAD library. It can be downloaded and added to DentalCAD.
