Grin Grin Design MS
Grin Design MS is part of the Grin anatomy collection for exocad DentalCAD and acts as a reference shape library throughout crown, bridge and full-anatomy design. The MS interpretation sits between the calm and the expressive variants in the series: ridges are slightly softer, cusps are rounded and the overall surface accepts polishing or hand-staining without losing definition.
In the exocad workflow it is set as the active tooth library, then individual teeth are dropped into the case, scaled to the gap and morphed against the antagonist. The morphology is forgiving for both anterior and posterior reconstructions, which makes it a comfortable everyday choice.
It is suitable for monolithic zirconia, lithium disilicate, hybrid ceramics and printable temporaries. The library can be downloaded and added to DentalCAD. It is a good fit for technicians who prefer a versatile base that needs minimal correction.
