Expression Expression S1
Expression S1 is the first library in the S character of the Expression tooth anatomy series for exocad DentalCAD. The set covers the full upper and lower arch and is used inside DentalCAD as the source shape whenever a crown, bridge or full-anatomy proposal is calculated.
The S character sits between the calm O variants and the more expressive P variants: cusps remain clearly read but transitions are smoother, which is helpful for patients whose existing dentition has a moderately worn or natural appearance. In the standard workflow the library is selected in the tooth database and then every tooth can still be edited individually, mirrored from the antimere or adapted to the antagonist.
The morphology is designed for monolithic milling in zirconia, lithium disilicate and PMMA. Expression S1 can be downloaded from the catalogue and is a good choice for technicians who want a balanced, universally usable starting shape across most clinical cases.
