Expression Expression O3

Expression O3 is a tooth anatomy library created by Expression for use inside exocad DentalCAD. It delivers a coherent upper and lower arch of reference teeth that the CAD engine applies whenever a full-anatomy proposal is generated for a crown, bridge or splinted unit.

The O3 character favours rounded cusp tips and a softer occlusal relief, which is useful when the technician wants a calm, natural surface rather than a sharply expressed morphology. In the standard exocad workflow the library is selected in the tooth database picker, after which individual teeth can still be morphed, scaled and adapted to the antagonist.

The library can be downloaded from the catalogue and used across monolithic zirconia, lithium disilicate and PMMA cases. It suits technicians who design many routine posterior and anterior restorations and need a consistent, easy-to-finish baseline shape.
