DTLab DTLab.10

DTLab.10 is a tooth anatomy library for exocad DentalCAD that adds another variant of reference tooth morphologies to the designer's toolkit. The technician picks a tooth from DTLab.10 in the wizard, positions it on the preparation and then refines its size, rotation and surface in free-form mode so the restoration matches the antagonist and proximal teeth.

The library is appropriate for single crowns, bridge units and monolithic full-anatomy restorations where a uniform morphological character across the arch is important. Having an additional style at hand makes it easier to choose a shape that fits the patient's own dentition instead of forcing one default anatomy onto every case.

The library is available for download and works in parallel with the other anatomy sets present in DentalCAD. It is a sensible choice for laboratories that want to broaden the range of reference morphologies they routinely use.
